“We were really impressed with the Customer Service Focus of the MI team that came to install our new A/C and of Bill Howe who helped us decide on it all.

When faced with a very unique and unanticipated duct problem, they put their heads together, included me in the discussion, and we brainstormed several possible ways to solve the problem with minimal adverse impact to our closet space. The result was nothing short of fantastic. It resulted in an excellent static pressure for the system, and produced an immediate positive effect on the house hot spots.

We can now use the two front rooms of our house without having to put up extra fans, and endure the warm air that has been their major defining characteristic for the last decade. We can’t thank them enough for the fantastic job they did.”

“I selected Trane as I had been experiencing good performance with the Trane system for past 12 years. I asked for quotes from others but chose Merritt Island Air as it was at the top of the list of trained specialists on the Trane website. Plus, Greg Belli, the sales rep., was top notch, informed, courteous, accommodating and non-pushy. I purchased the complete system. Also, Steve and Greg Belli returned for a wiring modification and to install tile under the handler stand to cover the bare concrete left as a result of pulling out the old platform. Even though there were a couple of glitches, as in many jobs, all the gentlemen involved worked it out in a pleasant manner. Impressive group.”

They were focused not only on maintaining high standards for the engineering aspects of the project, but also for the aesthetics of the finished product.

Especially noteworthy was Shelby’s attention to detail, his emphasis on doing the best job possible, and most importantly, his positive attitude. My wife and I had educated ourselves on what we should expect from the representative of an air conditioning company from the initial inspection to the final sign-off and Shelby met each of these marks with flying colors, which was certainly not true of the representatives from the other companies that submitted bids.

“During the last of May, I met with your company representative, Mr. Bill Howe, re: installation of a central air & heat (system) in our home. I bought the house in 1961, and it was not ducted for air, but had a kerosene burning ‘furnace’ in the hallway, which was down more than it was up. I then purchased an 18,000 BTU wall unit that also had a heat-strip. I then used those kinds of units from 1967 until now. However, after meeting with Mr. Howe, I selected a Trane A/C, which he highly recommended. Mr. Howe very patiently and thoroughly described procedures that would be taken to install the duct in the attic, the electrical requirements, and the location of each piece of equipment. He then proceeded throughout my dwelling, checking room size, etc.

The main purpose of this letter is to commend you for having such a devoted, kind and considerate employee as Mr. Bill Howe. He exerted no pressure on us to buy your product/services. He was friendly and well spoken, was thoroughly familiar with your equipment, and in general exuded the type of attitude I’m sure you would have been proud of.

He completed the installation in the stated time, he had given us. So, there was little inconvenience and/or interruption to our household.

In closing, I would like for you to thank Mr. Bill Howe for us, and let him know just how proud and satisfied we are with our new air conditioning – and we owe it all to him, Steve and the other employee. I would recommend Mr. Howe and your company to anyone for service and performance above and beyond any other company. Further, I suspect Mr. Howe will go far, and achieve any goals set for or by him. As for N. & I, we are resting very comfortably and cool, man, cool. Thank you.”
